- If you are unable to attend, please notify us so your space can be offered to someone else.
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

- This is a non-judgmental, inclusive space open to all women (cis and trans-inclusive).
- Disrespectful, disruptive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not uphold the community’s values of safety, kindness, and mutual respect. Ticket refund will not be issued in this circumstance.
4. Privacy
- Any personal information shared with facilitators or other participants will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
- Photos may be taken for promotional purposes only with your consent.
5. Liability
- A Balanced Company is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of our events.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their own physical and emotional readiness before engaging in activities.

By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation in golf activities involves some physical risk. Please be mindful of your surroundings, follow all safety instructions provided at the driving range, have a blast but swing responsibly. The organisers are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur. Please ensure to inform the event organisers of any relevant health concerns prior to the event. If you're feeling unwell, please stay home – we'll see you at the next one!
