Refunds & Exchanges

Balance Buddies does not offer refunds for change of mind.

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives faulty or has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).

This does not include:

  • General wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect care


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Undamaged

    • In original packaging

A Balanced Co. may request photo evidence before approving an exchange.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your exchange request to be processed once received.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Balance Buddies will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you


Hygiene Notice

Due to hygiene reasons, worn grip socks or accessories that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

A Balanced Company is a non-profit organisation that hosts wellness, community, and networking events for women.


Event Terms & Conditions

Each event has its own specific Terms & Conditions, which are displayed at the end of the event description at the time of ticket purchase.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you confirm that you:

  • Have read

  • Understand

  • Agree to the Terms & Conditions associated with that event


Responsibility of Attendees

Attendees are responsible for:

  • Reviewing event details prior to purchase

  • Ensuring they can attend on the specified date and time

  • Following venue rules, safety guidelines, and event expectations

Unless otherwise stated in the event’s Terms & Conditions:

  • Tickets are non-refundable

  • Tickets may be transferable upon discussing the details with ABC

A Balanced Company reserves the right to:

  • Make changes to event details if necessary

  • Cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances

If an event is cancelled by us, ticket holders will be contacted directly with next steps.
